About this site

What we are

Boise Flood is a referral service for water damage restoration in the Treasure Valley. We are not a restoration company. When a request comes in, it goes to one independent local company that covers the town the loss is in, and that company takes it from there.

Why it works this way

A leak or a flood needs help now, but the repair decisions keep going for weeks after the water is out. Most people call whatever name they find first at the worst possible moment to be shopping. This site exists so the first call goes somewhere sensible: one local company with a track record in the trade, responding in the town where the water actually is.

Who we send requests to

The companies we route requests to are real local operators in the trade, not a list of bidders. We do not publish their names, sell their services, or take a cut of the job. Your number goes to exactly one company. When they call, still do the checks anyone should do: ask about registration and insurance before you agree to anything.

What it costs

Nothing, to you. The request is free and the callback is free. If you hire the company that calls, you pay them on their terms for their scope of work. There is no obligation on either side: a callback does not commit you, and the company decides its own availability.
