Terms of service

The service

Boise Flood is a referral service. When you submit the form, we pass your request to one independent restoration company covering your town. We are not a contractor, we do not perform restoration work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with the company that contacts you.

No guarantees

We pass requests to companies we believe are real, local operators, but we do not guarantee their availability, pricing, scheduling, licensing status at any given moment, or the quality of their work. Verify credentials, insurance, and scope before hiring. Any contract, warranty, or dispute is between you and the company you engage.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate details, missed calls, or a company's decision not to respond to a request.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
