What we collect

The form asks for your name, phone number, town, the type of job, and a description of the damage. The site also logs the usual technical details a web server sees: your IP address, browser, and the page you came from.

What we do with it

Your contact details and job description go to one independent restoration company covering your town so they can call you back. That is the entire use. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send your details to multiple companies.

What we keep

Request records are retained to operate the service and measure whether it works. If you want your record removed, contact us and we will delete it.
